About The Event

Unchained is a one-hour documentary that examines the lingering trauma handed down from the American slavery system. Men and women describe how they broke the emotional chains passed down from their enslaved ancestors. Others demonstrate the moral courage needed to face their own racial attitudes. In this film, all viewers face the roots of American racism and the processes that usher lasting reconciliation. Our time together allows for rich dialogue in small group settings.

A space for those who serve others to work through their trauma and be exposed to programs to help you serve others

This session is offered on Tuesday, September 28th from 6 pm - 9 pm.

Scholarships are available for people affected by COVID-19 or other financial hardship by completing our scholarship form.
