(In-Person) Teen Trauma Healing Facilitator Certification Training

Quest is excited to offer an in-person THI Certified Training for Teen Trauma Healing!  The certification process consists of two parts:  the classroom training and the practicum portions.  The full training experience will equip participants to work with teens, ages 14-18, and help them work through their trauma and build resilience.  Successful completion of both the classroom training and practicum will certify participants as Apprentice Teen Trauma Healing Facilitators.  To ensure the safety of our youth, all registrants must undergo a background check (the cost is included in the registration fee).

Part 1:  The in-person classroom training will take place on Monday-Thursday, May 22nd  – May 25th & Wednesday, May 31st from 5:30-9:00 PM at Snyder Avenue Congregational Church. Dinner will be served each evening of the classroom training.

**Memorial Day Break on May 26th; training will resume with the final session on Wednesday, May 31st.  No training on May 29th or May 30th.**

Part 2: Practicum: 10 Sessions once a week on Thursdays at Visitation Homes in the Kensington area of Philadelphia, PA.

Prerequisite:  This Teen Trauma Healing training is open to participants with THI Facilitator's Certificate (preferred) or THI Healing Group Participants Certificate (minimal requirement). No certificate, yet?  There's still time for you to receive a healing group certificate by registering for the May 8th - May 12th Healing Group Experience.
